Packing it Out

Al spent several hours today packing our donations to the neighborhood benefit yard sale. Jet Laaaaggggg

Today it seems as if I have brief periods of limited energy between long periods of stupor and sleep. I write a little bit, pack a little bit, do a smidge of laundry, cook as little as possible and it even seems to require too much energy to chew food. Writing Through the Mist

Whether it’s jet lag, lack of sleep, or just old age fatigue, a misty haze fills my brain and crowds out clear thought. After two naps today, I’m barely able to focus.
