Just Another Summer Day

My son’s surgery went very well today and I had a long phone visit with him this evening. His wife’s audition went well also, and I’ll learn more about the program she’ll appear in later.

Stimulating Dormant Brain Cells

For an old lady with no grandchildren, it’s nice to be around to help my middle-aged kids out. My son and daughter-in-law may object to that adjective, but my daughter probably can’t argue about it.

Tuesday Trivia

Catch-Up

Today was a catch-up day, for laundry and miscellaneous chores. Catching up on sleep was also a priority. I had a half-hour nap in the morning and fell asleep watching the news about five-thirty.
