Back from the Beach

We returned today from three days at the coast, to pleasantly warm weather here at home. A few miles South of Newport, Tuesday and Wednesday were overcast and Thursday was sunny and about 70 degrees. Off to the Ocean

I’m nearly packed to leave for three days at the coast tomorrow. We’ll be in Newport where the weather is predicted to be considerably cooler than here. We have enjoyed the sun and several swims over this weekend. We should return on Friday and I’ll probably get a blog entry up Friday night.

Wash Your Mouth Out With Soap

These days some of us jokingly remark that I’ll “wash your mouth out with soap.” I seem to recall having that done when I was very young. Fels Naptha soap was the worst tasting, as I remember. Ivory wouldn’t have been so bad probably, but didn’t serve the purpose as well.
