What’s New in the ‘Hood

Since the manufactured home park where I lived for nearly four years is just across the road from where I swim these days, I drive through it occasionally to see what’s going on. On my last trip, a couple of days ago, I noted a number of new double-wides that have been set up on spots that were previously… click here to continue

Big and Small News/Rumors

Yesterday I read in a blog somewhere an article allegedly written by a Russian journalist claiming Russian military has intercepted U.S. military classified information on a plan to attack Iran on April 6th. Supposedly our military would bomb, possibly even using nuclear weapons, multiple targets in Iran. God help us if it’s true. Where did our fearless leader get… click here to continue

Wanderlust

The last few days of the trip will be posted in a week or so, after they’ve been critiqued… click here to continue

Even for most painters, the income doesn’t begin to compare to the money that performers and athletes can make.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick’s day is here and a little green is beginning to show on some of the naked tree branches. The blossoming trees are sensational in pink, yellow and white. The white camellia outside the dining room window is heavy with blooms; the pink one out by the front door is not so profusely covered. If I hadn’t given… click here to continue
