Yesterday afternoon we did the semi-annual attic inspection. We got a couple of Christmas items stowed up there that didn’t make it in December. Venerable, Anyone?

Today was a bit sad. I went to Washington Square this morning. After walking through three large stores, I realized I was exhausted and in severe pain. It’s tough to admit I can no longer “walk the mall,” but that’s the way it is.

Where Are You, Spring?

I spent about half the day today trying to get my newly spiffed up notebook computer to operate my semi-new printer. My (Gulp) 78th Birthday

I know, I know, I don’t look a day over 77, but some days I feel verrrrrry much older. After Floyd left for work in the morning, I ran the dishwasher, plowed my way through dozens of emails in the backlog that accumulated while I was gone, read the paper and finally got dressed shortly before noon.

Chico Trip

After a wonderful six days with my sisters, a niece and nephew, a cousin and her husband, I returned home last night--tired and glad to be back. Busy Barb

In spite of a poor night’s sleep last night, I’ve been zipping through today’s “To Do” list like there’s no tomorrow. There is a tomorrow, but its list is already so long there’s no room for leftovers, since I’ll be leaving for California Thursday morning.
