Changes in the ‘hood

Yesterday afternoon while I was planting petunias in pots on our balcony, a neighbor hollered up greetings. She wanted to commiserate about rent increases. She is moving out, as is her next-door neighbor. Both ladies live in basement apartments in our four-plex. I have mixed feelings about losing these gals. Life in the Smooth Lane

Life has smoothed out back at home. The swimming pool closed and reopened quickly after a pump repair. I had a good swim and workout yesterday.

Back from the Cabin

This will be a memorable week. Our trip to the beach included a few glitches here and there, also some good times and sea, sand and a little sun now and then.
