Rambling & Grumbling

Yesterday at a meeting of our writing critique group, I was reminded that one member is a retired dietician. So I asked her where I could find information on the number of grams of protein in a specific sized serving. She referred me to the website of the American Dietetic Association—www.eatright.org

I looked it up and found a gold… click here to continue

Intrigue in the Desert

Yesterday I read about some new evidence in the Charles Manson murder case. Authorities are searching for additional bodies that may have been buried near the ranch Charles Manson occupied at the time of the murders. Then there are various dates for when I can return to swimming and the hot tub, get new eyeglasses, etc.

Second Day of Brighter Sight

Today I managed to get by with only one nap, so I hope to sleep very well tonight. Just doing a load of laundry exhausted me to the point that I didn’t feel guilty vegging out in front of the television. I get a kick out of the Saturday A & E shows, “Sell This House,” and “Flip This House.”
