The first was two weeks ago today and we had begun to think that would be our whole spring this year because it had been cold and/or rainy ever since, until today. But it is cold—very cold for this late in the year. My sisters in Seattle have about three inches of snow on the ground, and my third sister, in Southern California, reports it turned cold there this morning.
