An Intensive Poetry Day

On the first 80 plus degree-day in this area, I spent the day at a writers’ studio in North Portland, near the St. Johns Bridge, at a poetry workshop. Tote a Tote

Just how many tote bags does one old gal need, anyway? Organizing closet shelves yesterday, I uncovered a dozen or so in various shapes, sizes and colors. Exercise--Physical and Mental

After reading a recent report that belly fat may be a prerequisite to dementia, my motivation for exercise has been reinvigorated.
