A Couple of Eventful DaysYesterday the temperature here dropped suddenly and the predicted rainstorm turned to snow. Four inches fell where we are. Because it was unexpected, almost no drivers were prepared, so havoc resulted. I heard on the news today that approximately a thousand drivers abandoned their cars on freeways and main roads or highways.
