Oops, I Took a Week Off

This last week was really busy and I inadvertently took five days off from writing a blog entry. But I’m back.

I often get emails from vendors that start “Oops, we goofed!” Immediately when I see that I know I’m going to get hustled with offers of “unbelievable” or “incredible” discounts on something or other I usually don’t need.

Another Productive Day

Saturday I rescued a folder I’d set up four years ago to monitor poetry contests and possibly enter a few. Shortly after that I moved, and the folder has resided in a closet in this apartment ever since. A Writing Day for a Change

Today I did something I haven’t done in ages. I submitted an article to a magazine for possible publication.  I shared it with my writing class last week and it made a hit.
