Hardball Season

Triumphant Day

It’s hard to explain how great it feels to get a job done that I’ve been procrastinating for weeks or months, even. But I got the refrigerator cleaned today. I’m ashamed to admit it’s the first time I removed the vegetable tray to clean underneath. Jumping off the Soapbox

Now back to mundane, non-political commentary, I was happy to have my ophthalmologist agree with me yesterday that my second eye (left) should have its cataract removed as soon as possible. With luck, that will be sometime in the next two months.

The above quote works a little better than a saying I’ve repeated over the years, especially election years.
