Another Sunny Day

The weather was wonderful again today and I was busy, but can’t really list a lot of accomplishments. The best thing I did was get in touch with a gal who lives nearby and does housecleaning. She’ll call back tomorrow and probably start next week. Because she lives so close, I hope she works out.

In a file folder I almost threw away, I found copies of a lot of old poems I’ve written. Since I don’t know whether I have all of those poems in the computer or on hard copies, I rescued them and will sort through them later. Some are probably not worth saving, but a few are favorites of mine.

Because my phone company deducted my last month’s bill twice on auto-pay, I have a credit balance of over $100. I’d like to change companies, but I’ll have to use up that credit first. I don’t trust them to refund my money.

Between Dancing with the Stars and The Biggest Loser, I’m wasting much too much time watching television. I need to catch up on reading and writing. If I can just remember to take my book with me tomorrow on our picnic, I might get some reading done.
