Bartering

We bartered some muscle from my son-in-law in trade for a light lunch and the use of a recliner, which he and my daughter took home with them. We moved some furniture around from one room to another, which gave me a chance to vacuum in places I couldn’t reach before. There will be more furniture coming in and some discards going out tomorrow and I’m already tired tonight, so I skipped my usual swim.

Our weather today was gorgeous; tomorrow promises to be warmer and Sunday it may go to 84, they say. In fact, most of the week should be warm, if all goes as predicted. The most unusual part is that it will be about as warm at the coast as it is here because of conditions not normally experienced this time of year. Unfortunately, we have too much going on to get to the coast, but we recently had several days over there that were delightful, even though the weather was not perfect.

I started out today with good intentions of balancing my bank statement to my Quicken check register. I got as far as printing out several months of both records. Oh well, tomorrow is another day, a busy one too.
