Sunshine and Blue Sky

I spent a beautiful afternoon in my chair in front of my computer, alternately working on my memoir stories and sorting old letters, reading them as I worked. Family history produces quite a few chuckles along with some notes of sadness. When I got up a few minutes ago, I realized I’d been sitting way too long.

Yesterday afternoon I swam with warm sunshine lighting up the pool through the plastic cover. I’ll swim this evening to get the kinks out. The vaccinations I had yesterday made my arms a bit stiff and sore, but they’re getting better.

I’m still doing a little proofreading of instructions for a software product my son has developed. It’s not impossible to do when you don’t understand the lingo, just a little slower. I’ll get worried if I start understanding it.

Too much chair time today means I must move fast in the pool tonight. Weigh-in at TOPS is tomorrow morning.
