They’re Singing My SongMost days when I sit down to write a web log entry, I don’t have a clue what I will write about, but something always comes to me. Once in a while, an idea will pop into my head early in the day and, if possible, I’ll sit down and write it up before I forget it. My memory bank swallows such ideas and won’t always cough them up later on request. Today, every joint in my body is singing the same song, not in harmony. It’s one of those annoying, repetitive songs with the same line over and over: “Take me to the sun, the warm sun.” Most of the year, this is my favorite part of the world. When I was younger, I loved it all year round. But old joints get creaky and squeaky in cold and/or wet weather. While my spirit doesn?’ feel a day over thirty, my body knows better. So, I’m going to make this short, so I can get back on the travel websites and ogle the cruises to the sunny South.
