Getting Organized

Last night I wimped out and didn’t write for the blog. After a long, hard day, I collapsed into bed and fell asleep almost instantly. I may give up on posting something every day, maybe write less often and have more to say.

A new student in our Creative Writing class set up a web site for the use of the class. We may post stories or other writing for critiquing, or just for sharing. He also set up a blog, which we may contribute to. He gave each class member a printout of the home page with the web address at our session yesterday. A clever idea, we all agreed. Not many of us have the know-how to set up a web site.

Most of the day today was spent reorganizing and tidying my office. Now I have neat stacks of writing projects that are somewhat prioritized. After my exercise class tomorrow morning, I should be able to start right in and get to work. I’m looking forward to it. I haven’t done much actual work on memoirs or contest entries lately. Those projects are calling to me.
