Spring Forward and Onward

The little fork that leads out of the writing habit path is too easy to slip into. Now I’m trying to get back in the groove while the weather is not so good, so the habit will be re-established by the time the warm sun returns.

There are more poetry contests I want to enter. At least one writing workshop is coming up on April 2nd in Tacoma. Also, there is a stack of poems that have fallen out of the computer. Fortunately, I have hard copies of most of them, but have to make time to re-enter and back them up.

We are lucky to have a neighbor lady who is doing our spring weeding for us for a reasonable fee. She will continue to weed over the summer. So, as soon as all the planting is finished, I’ll have very little yard work to do.

Marketing my book should be a priority, but is so not what I want to do that it’s hard to even contemplate.
