Must we Pillory Hilary

I think it’s sad that, to be in the public eye in this country, and many others, one has to give up all right to chivalrous treatment or any privacy at all. Kicking a celebrity when he or she is down, is a major sport it seems. So we will be hearing about Hilary’s faux pas forever, I’m sure. I’ve heard enough about it now to last a lifetime.

I’m very anxious to get this election over with and hear about what’s going on outside political circles. And I’m even more anxious to see how whatever future administration prevails will perform.

This is Memorial Day weekend and the focus should be on remembering those who’ve fought, been wounded, or died for our freedom. The final episode of Boston Legal focused a spotlight on how much of our freedom we’re losing these days, but what we have should still be appreciated. We need to remember that television networks in many other countries would not dare to air such a show.
