Writers Faire and Other Activities

We had a nice visit with my daughter, my son and daughter-in-law this afternoon. With busy schedules, it’s hard to get together very often. We enjoyed sharing our pictures of the trip with them. We were able to share some of the abundant supply of vegetables from Al’s sister’s garden with them, as well. We always enjoy visiting with my son’s big, friendly dog, also.

I’m having a hard time getting past London in my travel log writing. Part of my procrastination process included doing accumulated filing in my office tonight--getting my desk cleared off, etc. Now I really have no excuse not to get busy writing, except for my drooping eyelids.

Next time I need a procrastination device, and/or some exercise, I need to grab a duster and dance around this room. Eventually all the rooms in the house could use that kind of attention.

This is your first notice that I’ll be taking my books to the Writers Faire on October 1, 2005 at the Multnomah Arts Center, 7688 SW Capitol Hwy., Portland, Oregon, where I and many other Oregon writers will be selling and signing books from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. I will put reminders in my blog between now and then.

I will hope to see some of my readers there.
