Writin’ and Computin’

I spent about half the day today revising and fine-tuning my account of our recent trip to London, where we spent two days. On Saturday, August 20th, we went by bus to Southampton where we boarded the Golden Princess to cruise the British Isles. Tripping Through London is now posted on the Travel Log page of my website.

That was the fun part of the day. The brief time spent housecleaning wasn’t fun, just necessary. The nap afterwards was also necessary.

If it takes as long to write up the rest of the trip as it did for the first two days, it’ll be Christmas before I get it all done. I hope to speed up the process, so I can get back to working on memoirs.

Al and I spent an hour or two coaxing his computer to delete the Norton Anti-Virus software he no longer uses, and install the McAfee software provided by AOL. Norton went down kicking and screaming, but we finally prevailed.
