Check out the Travel Pages

My webmaster, aka my son Kurt, set up my travel pages with archives today. So, soon any travel log may be pulled up to be read at any time. When I was adding the new pages for our recent cruise, I discovered some of the old ones were disappearing. Actually, they’re still in there, but were not accessible. The new travel log pages I have completed so far are all available now, and I’m going through the prior ones to tweak them into conformance.

I would have had more done tonight, but my curiosity kept pulling me to a living room window today. Items were being unloaded from a trailer by a couple and taken into a vacant house across the street. My detective skills were challenged when I observed that the only furniture going in was several folding tables, a lamp, and a fan. A number of plastic tubs with unknown contents went in also. Now you will have to wait, as I will, to see if I guessed correctly that an estate sale is planned.

The neighbor who previously owned the house passed away recently and I’ve been told the manufactured home sold almost immediately. Because most people in this lovely park stay for many years, we don’t get new neighbors very often.

My most recent new neighbor lives across the walkway behind me. Our back yards face each other. I rarely see her outside her house, and haven’t met her yet. I’m told she is an “indoor person.” For an indoor person, she has been having a lot of work done to the outside of her home. New paint, new awnings, roof repair, and filling in flowerbeds with rocks are the jobs I’ve noticed when I’ve walked by on my way to the pool.

Time to get back to tweaking travel pages.
