Kindergarten Days Recalled

Today I played with pictures. If I had a clue what I was doing when scanning and attempting to edit pictures, I could call it work. Since that’s definitely not the case, it must be play (as in Kindergarten). Never a competent photographer, I’ve cut off more heads than ancient kings. Over the years, there’s been some improvement, but not a lot. Probably I need to spend more hours than I care to, studying my photo programs in order to gain any proficiency at all.

Some of my family snapshots are over eighty years old. They need a lot of help in order to get decent copies. Now I’m searching for a recent one of myself to post on amazon.com as part of a new program they’re launching for authors. Most all shots of me are with other people, so I usually have to cut myself out of the picture and edit it appropriately, a nearly impossible task with my level of skills. Oh for the good old days of cutting out paper dolls. Back to the simple life.
