Another Tiring DayEvery day we create a few more bare spots in this house and add boxes to the many stacks inside and out. I seem to be more tired at the end of each day. Trying to stay on top of the many details that need to be handled is trying. Today I learned the apartment owners will not sell us the washer/dryer combo that’s in the laundry room. They want us to rent it. The rent they charge would pay for the units in two years and they could be worn out by then, depending on how old they are. They did agree to store them and let us put in our own set. So I spent some time online “window” shopping (pun intended) and researching today. It appears we’ll have to go back for some more measurements to be sure what we get will fit in the space provided. I also spent some time today exchanging emails with two of my sisters and a niece about our annual get-together, which is scheduled for late October this year. It’s looking now as if we will meet in Seattle, rather than in California.
What I didn’t get around to was the revising of my travel logs, so they won’t get posted for a few days. We still have about three weeks before the move, so I should get caught up soon.
