Pictures

I bartered some excess furniture for a few minutes of my son’s consulting time and now I have some pictures up on the travel log pages of my website. I’m still trying to figure out how to delete a couple of extra copies of the blurb about Vladivostok, so the picture will show up on the copy that’s left. I forgot to ask him about that and all the delete keys I try seem not to work.

We are expecting a visit from Al’s great-grandson and his parents on Monday. He is such a cutie. I’m not sure what his level of mobility is by now and I can’t remember for certain exactly how old he is, but he must be getting close to a year old. We should certainly be able to get some good pictures of him so I can put a couple up on the blog.

I got to the barbershop ten minutes before opening time this morning and was third in line waiting for my barber to return from her vacation. I’m feeling almost light-headed after she gave me a swim haircut.

I had a good swim this afternoon and was able to remember a few of the water exercises I learned at the class at the Sherwood YMCA. I am appalled at my appearance in a swimsuit, so I’m motivated to get more exercise.

Next I need to concentrate on writing a letter to the cruise line to tell them how disappointed we were with this last cruise. I hate to be a griper and it takes a lot to get me going, but I think it’s outrageous to expect people to spend a lot of money to be treated as badly as we were at times. I’ll feel better when I get that done.
