Wait and Hurry Up

Instead of playing “hurry up and wait,” we are waiting and will be hurrying up once we get the go ahead. I think I have all the info together that we need to buy a washer and dryer. I need to do a little more research on room air conditioners. We’re happy not to be moving this weekend, with the unusually hot weather. We still have to find a home for our old washer and dryer.

The pool was pleasant tonight. I had forgotten about Bingo until I saw all the cars at the clubhouse and it was too late then. No one would ever speak to me again if I won the $50.00 jackpot another time anyway, so it’s just as well.

I wrote out the procedure for adding pictures to emails, web pages, blog, etc. today, so I won’t forget how if I don’t do it every day.

Researching appliance web pages and Consumer Reports on the various brands is pretty time consuming, but at least I’ll feel like I gave it my best shot whatever we end up with.

I get occasional tidbits of genealogy information about both sides of our family from my youngest sister from time to time. Al is getting huge amounts of information from a fourth cousin in Texas. I’m trying not to get too involved in all that. I have my fingers in enough pies as it is.
