SunsetAs the sun begins to set on our lives, Al and I decided that a photo we took on our recent cruise of a sunset on the Sea of Japan would make a great screensaver. Neither one of us can remember who took the picture, so we can both take credit. By some fluke, last night I found a prompt to create a screensaver, so I have it on my computer. Now I have to figure out how to put it on his. We are having another cool morning. It may get hot this afternoon, but we’re promised temperatures in the 70’s over the weekend. We’ll probably have to wear sweaters to warm our blood--thinned by the recent heat. Al plans to leave Sunday for Texas, so he’ll be back in hot sun. I’ll stay here and cool off. He is on a genealogy mission to interview as many relatives as he can find. He’s taking a tape recorder and his computer. I wish him well, although I question the sanity of anyone who heads for Texas in August. Today I plan to work on getting pictures on the new travel log entries I posted to my blog yesterday. So soon, I forgot how I did it last time. I have to recreate the wheel, so to speak. < < back |
