The number of hits on the travel pages of my website keeps going up. I’m curious about who is reading them. I rarely get comments about the travels, but do get emails from my website on other subjects. I’d love to know who reads about my wanderings and why.

If I were smart, I’d write a book about the trips and try to make some money. Erica Miner, whom I’ve corresponded with, wrote Travels With My Lovers about her jaunts. Is that a provocative title, or what?

Anyway, I’d love to hear from anyone who found my travel journals of interest.

We are having some short, soaking rain showers this afternoon. I didn’t wash my car, but Floyd made a golf date for this afternoon to try out the nearby King City course. Maybe the rain will have passed through by late afternoon when they plan to tee off. The noon news forecast rain showers to last through the night, but they’re not always right.

This is an unusual day for me. Normally, my energy level is highest when the sun shines. I haven’t seen it yet today, but I’ve been flitting around here rearranging clutter and dust. I did sleep long and well last night, so that’s probably a good part of my enthusiasm.
