First Day at Sea - Sunday Sunday we spent most of the day eating and sleeping. We managed to orient ourselves around the ship somewhat. We found the library, where I got a book. Floyd had brought one with him. I meant to get one at the airport, but should have realized the shops would be closed when we arrived at 10:30 p.m.
We didn’t get around to reading all the activities’ schedule, so missed out on the Sunday night show, but I doubt if we could have stayed awake anyway. Sleep was the first priority all day and night.
As I write this in our stateroom on Tuesday, I’m being serenaded by a small dog’s yapping. He has barked whenever he’s left alone in the room next door. If he is a service dog, I won’t complain, but I’d like to find out. Since the dog is a Chihuahua, it seems unlikely. Yesterday afternoon he made a nap impossible for me. Floyd doesn’t hear quite as well as I do, and was able to sleep
