Sunday at Sea

After breakfast, Floyd came back to the cabin to rest and I began tending to last minute details. I read and sent email, hit the onboard shops for another look, and filled out the first of numerous forms connected with disembarkation. I took some of them to the front office and held others for later use.

Half Moon Cay - Bahamas

We awoke as the ship dropped anchor off Half Moon Cay, an island owned by Holland American Cruise Lines, in the beauteous Bahamas. During breakfast, we talked with a passenger from Canada, a retired schoolteacher, who referees volleyball to supplement his income.
